REAL TIME (RT) SOCIOMAPPING for instant team feedback

Real Time (RT) Sociomapping is a portable system that enables you to collect data and create Sociomaps instantly offline. With RT Sociomapping, you design your own questions and use Sociomaps to support teams as they work through complex issues in real time during coaching or team debriefing sessions. This system complements the Team Sociomapping process by enabling you to create powerful questions tailored to the emergent needs of the team. This system also provides you with instant reporting in the form of interactive Sociomaps.

TEAM PROFILE ANALYZER (TPA) team profiles created from imported data

Team Profile Analyser (TPA) is a software tool for creating Sociomaps and analysing data from questionnaires the team has already completed. Measures of personality, ability, critical thinking and even organisational performance can be analysed using TPA. With Team Profile Analyzer you can gain insight into the culture or ‘group personality’ of your team and reveal their unique strengths. A intuitive ‘click and play’ process for exploring relationships in teams is embedded in the TPA programme, so you can work with your data quickly and easily with full confidence that you are using the right statistical analysis for your needs. The final report is created dynamically as you conduct your analysis. When you have finished analysing the data, TPA produces a professional report for you with a few clicks of the mouse. The reporting includes interactive Sociomaps as well as a comprehensive written report that can be printed or shared electronically.
