  • Send key members of your sales team to a training seminar to learn the key features and benefits of Team Sociomapping solutions.
  • Deliever Team Socimapping solutions to your clients.
  • Take part in case-study seminars to share your experiences as well as learning from others with peer supported Continuing Professional Development.
  • Learn to create your own packages for Team Sociomapping in order and tailor your services to the unique needs of your clients.

Accreditation

Accreditation in Team Sociomapping is available to practitioners from a range of disciplines and professional background including work and organisational psychologists, business consultants and team coaches. There are two minimum requirements to becoming accredited. These are 1. Demonstration of substantial experience and expertise in working with teams in whatever organisational context the consultant or coach intends to use Team Sociomapping as an analytical toolkit and 2. The possession of a qualification at University degree level in an appropriate discipline.  If consultants and coaches are not experienced in working with teams, they may be required to complete a team facilitation and coaching programme to demonstrate expertise in working with teams before being able to enrol on the Team Sociomapping Accreditation.


Accreditation for each consultant or coach in your team involves participation in 2 day face-to-face training programme. On completion of the 2 days training we will have verified your competency as a Sociomapping Analyst using a performance based assessment.

Team Sociomapping Analyst Certificate

The next stage of the accreditation process is successful completion of a Team Sociomapping project using any one of our ‘off the shelf’ modules under supervision. Supervision is designed to support you in selecting the best module for your team project, as well as designing and running a team workshop within the specific context that you intend to use Team Sociomapping. The license to select, purchase and implement our ‘off the shelf’ modules is issued upon successful completion of your supervised Team Sociomapping project.
