Position on the Sociomap: determines mutual importance of communication. The more important mutual communication, the closer the two people on the Sociomap; the less important mutual communication, the further apart they are from each other on the Sociomap. Height on the Sociomap: expresses the overall effectiveness of communication. The higher (red is the highest) , the more effective is the given person in communication with others.
